Delivery
All products will be delivered to your home. It is not possible to collect / pay your products from our office and warehouse. After we have received payment, the products will be delivered as soon as possible, however, at the latest within 5 work days.

Courier
Products with a maximum weight of 30 kg and maximum dimensions of 1lx2wx2h= 300cm, are delivered by a courier service or by post. Rate €40,00. If you are not home to receive the order, you can contact the courier company to schedule delivery.

Transport
Products that are not in line with the directives of the courier service are delivered by an external transport company. Delivery of the articles occurs up to the front door, ground level. Rate €150,00 (zone A*), €195,00 (zone B*). Other transports rates within Europe on request.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Artiplant allows you to return an undamaged product within 7 work days. The product needs to be returned in its original packaging. Shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer. Backorder products (articles with a delivery time), adjusted products (for instance set pot and plant entirely created) as well as plants are excluded from the right to return.

Warranty
All products have the valid factory warranty. The warranty does not apply in case of neglected care, intentional damage and / or carelessness. Therefore, we recommend that you check your order thoroughly after delivery.
